Clinic Announcements Friendly reminder to parents about medicationsPlease pick up your child unused medication from the clinic by the end of school year, which is June 18th 2010. Any medication not picked up by then will have to be discarded per medication administration regulation 757-4. You may also ask for the blank forms for the health treatment plans for next school year 2011.
